Protest

The interactive installation invites visitors to experience the joy of growth, the power of shared light, and the importance of nurturing peace through play, connection, and acts of kindness. The artwork emphasises on the importance of simpler, collective actions for a better, brighter world and while the answers to the profound questions of the world are elusive and perhaps exist in the intangible forces of nature, in the whispers of the wind itself. it's a subtle reminder of the enduring struggle for peace.

Participants were asked to Blow into the pinwheel head of the character to send a Morse code message beaming out via LEDs.

Only during transmission can another visitor speak into the microphone head of the seated figure broadcasting messages of peace and protest.

The morse code message:

WE ARE HERE
.-- . .- .-. . .... . .-. .

NEED IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE

-. . . -.. .. -- -- . -.. .. .- - . .- ... ... .. ... - .- -. -.-. .

The Installation was part of SOIREE SONIQUE at LTK4, Cologne and Goldstücke Light Festival, Gelsenkirchen, Germany
(October 2025)
