Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

1. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (for customers within India):

• Shipping is free within India.

• Once your order has been shipped, it will take 2 to 5 days to be delivered to you.

• Our shipping partners are DTDC, Delhivery and Blue Dart for delivery within India.

2. International Shipping (for customers outside India):

• We offer international shipping to all countries globally, free of cost - the product price is the final price you'll have to pay (excluding customs/import charges).

• Our shipping partners are UPS and DHL for delivery anywhere outside India.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

• If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at play@anshkumar.art with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Other Information:

• Please be aware all international orders (outside India) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.

We ship internationally using DHL/bluedart, our shipping provider. If the country where you want to ship is not available, please contact us through play@anshkumar.art.

Listed prices for the limited editions are exclusive of shipping. Shipping rates are determined based in the artwork size, weight, and the destination address. We will confirm all shipping costs before finalising your sale. There is no minimum order amount.

All confirmed orders will be immediately charged and delivered as soon as possible vía expedited service at no extra charge, unless otherwise stated, and typically within 30-90 bussiness days, depending on the destination address. Deliveries in India usually arrive within 3-4 working days. Deliveries to EU countries, US, Canada, Switzerland, Norway and Asia might take 7-9 additional days. You will be notified, and will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped. Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

Buyers are responsible for the information that implies when they place the order. The additional shipping costs, caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address, are the sole responsibility of the final customer. We can not be held liable for any customs or customs duties or taxes that may affect any shipment made outside India.

Dents or scratches on the packaging box caused by delivery are not included in the Return and Refund policy.
