This is a social art project in the form of an open exhibition to normalise a perspective to look at each other through stories and the colourful play we all represent individually. It is an attempt at an accessible form of exhibition of emotions and  art.

tones  is interactive installation proposes a unique exploration of subjective perception through the interplay of colour, sound, and form. the installation aims to create a dynamic Synesthetic Art experience where individuals can visually compose their own emotional landscapes and hear the corresponding auditory representations. 

 

The auditory-Colour representations are in fact based on a collection of sounds from people through an open participatory survey which is based on questions of human representation in terms of colour and sound. What if we see each other through a lens of colour and sound? What would we choose to visualise and hear? What would the person who you love look and sound like? The associations surely come from personal experiences. Be it in nature, your city, within your own house. Abstracted our human relationships to colours and sound compositions in order to understand how similar we are, how similarly we emote, how similarly we feel even with different experiences, situation’s and locations.
